Fanc-ista Travels {Honolulu, Hawaii}: Aston Waikiki Beach Tower

Fancy Nanc-ista

Right across from Waikiki Beach and steps away from delicious Hawaiian cuisine and endless shopping is a beautiful 40-floor high-rise hotel called Aston Waikiki Beach Tower. Featuring 1 and 2 bedroom condos with classical furnishings and tropical-inspired accents, and outstanding ocean views that you can’t beat.

FEATURES

The hotel is stunning from inside and out. From just by pulling up to the hotel’s driveway {lies a beautiful floral trellis walkway – total picture worthy} to discovering the wide-range of hotel amenities such as jet spa, swimming pool, fitness center and lounge area. It was like living in a dream whilst at Aston Waikiki Beach Tower.

Staying at the Aston Waikiki Beach Tower makes you instantly feel at home as each room is equipped with a full kitchen with washer/dryers and dishwashers, and spacious living rooms with pull-out sofas. Every room comes with free Wi-Fi, cable TV and game consoles.

MY EXPERIENCE
As said, I was already impressed as my Uber pulled up to the hotel’s driveway and just was as excited to know I would be right across from the beach. As I quickly admired the front area, I instantly knew this hotel would be a great picturesque spot – and I was right.
The hotel staffed immediately greeted me as I walked in. The check-in was extremely easy and fast; one of the ladies at the front desk welcomed me with a guest goodie bag {that came with beach goodies from Coola!} and then lead me to to my room where she gave me a quick tour.

Room: Can I say WOWZA? This room was exquisite, breathtaking and totally vacation-worthy and the view… was just spectacular! I stayed in their 2-BD 2 BA Presidential Oceanfront Suite featuring 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sofabed, as well as their standard in-room amenities mentioned above. If you followed me on Instagram Stories you should know this room was just everything I have ever wanted to live in. I kid you not when I say I never wanted to leave this room as the view was just unbelievably beautiful!
Hotel Dining: While unfortunately there is no dining available, Aston Waikiki Beach Tower is located in a very central area where you have access to various restaurants in minutes. Let alone, your room is equipped with a full size kitchen. The Aston Waikiki staff kindly also provided me with a grocery delivery from fresh BOX.
Nearby Hot Spots: Across the street is the popular Waikiki Beach, 10 minutes walking distance is the central downtown area with TONS of shopping and just minutes away is amazing Hawaiian Cuisine. During my time there I had a chance to check out these delicious hot spots:
  • Sanei Sushi in Marriott (seriously one of the BEST sushi I have ever had)
  • Me Bar-Be-Cue (perfect spot if you want homemade Hawaiian BBQ)
  • Yauatcha Waikiki (amazing ambiance and unique and tasty dumplings)
  • Westin Resort and Spa for drinks by the beach and stunning ambiance
