Franko Dean is a street style and menswear blogger. Aside from blogging, he enjoys reading, writing about fashion, and attending social events/parties. Franko is into the arts and photography. He captures every moment of his life with his camera.
Franko gets his inspiration from everything that surrounds him such as people, places, architecture, and art. He likes to inspire others with his work.
1) What made you want to start your blog and how would you describe your style in 3 words?
The inspiration for my blog started with the necessity to put together my art, fashion, travel, events, etc. in one place. It was intended to be able to share with my family and friends, until I later decided to share it publicly.
I don’t have a specific personal style; it depends on the mood I’m feeling that day or the event I am attending.
2) Who is your fashion inspiration?
Marlon Brando and James Dean are my style icons from the past. Nick Wooster inspires me to age with style.
3) What’s one wardrobe essential you can’t live without?
A leather jacket and sunglasses are essentials for me.
4) What is your most favorite thing about blogging?
To receive feedback from people that gets inspired with my style. Also I get inspiration from other bloggers out there because everyone has something you can learn from.
5) What is a quick fashion tip or advice for men?
Fashion is not about labels, fashion is about style. You can mix a brand with non-expensive items, a touch of your own style and come out wiht a great outfit. Be yourself and have fun!
6) Do you have any favorite stores or brands?
Dan and Dean from (Dsquared), Ovadia and Sons, Viktor and Rolf.
One of my favorite stores is Zara and I also like to go to thrift stores to find unique pieces.
