Fanc-ista Travels {Los Angeles: Venice Beach}: Inn at Venice Beach

Just minutes away from the ocean and the famous Venice Beach Boardwalk and only steps away from the beautiful historical Venice Canals is a cute, modern hotel called Inn at Venice Beach.

A combo of peaceful and lively. The Inn at Venice Beach is the perfect little spot for tourists or for those looking to do a nice staycation getaway.

A few weekends ago, my fellow Blogger friend, Jennifer of Cranberry Tantrums and I had the pleasure of staying at the Inn at Venice Beach for a fun little getaway while she visited me that weekend. 

When we arrived, we were automatically greeted by the lady at the front desk who had helped us check in. The front area was small but cute and modern-like with very artsy decor.

The room we stayed in was their Deluxe King that featured 1 King Bed, a balcony, 42″ flat-screen TV, mini fridge, Keurig with coffee and tea and free WiFi; this room was a good fit for two people.  The hotel including the rooms had a very clean-cut and bright/colorful (love the orange) theme.

One of my favorite things about this hotel was this cute, hidden courtyard. It was the cutest little spot and definitely the perfect photo opp for any blogger. 🙂

Part of my travel series is to always #TravelInStyle – For my look, I decided to keep it cute but tone down my fancy-ness (if that’s possible) to a more casual look (for Venice-sake!), lol. I decided to wear my off shoulder polka-dotted dress from Shein (similar here) with casual strappy booties.

Overall, I’d say Jenn and I had a lovely weekend staycation at the Inn at Venice Beach. Home away from home. I currently live about 40 minutes away from Venice, so even if I live in the LA region, I don’t typically come to Venice often and when I do it’s quite a treat. 

From the modern, colorful ambiance to the very accommodating services and convenience to shopping, restaurants and the beach; Inn at Venice Beach is a must when visiting LA or planning a weekend getaway.
