Throwback Thursday: My Favorite Looks in Chicago

It has always been a dream of mine to live in the City of Angels aka Los Angeles ever since I remember.  I am from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, so I have lived in Illinois all my life and wanted a new change, and let’s be honest…. I really didn’t think I was capable of surviving another dreadful winter again.

LA is known for a city to make dreams come true, right?!  Another great reason I moved was to pursue my career.  Most of you may know that I have a degree in Animation and VFX, and it just so happens that the city I wanted to live is the place to be.  It’s so crazy to meet so many people pursuing a career somewhat similar to you. in Chicago it was mainly people in finance, marketing, or real estate.  It’s definitely a different world out here.

I am very fortunate enough to have already a few close friends who live here, so I don’t completely feel alone.  Though it’s only been a short time, I am already meeting great people and exploring wonderful places, I am excited to see what this new adventure will bring!
