Quick and Easy DIY Pizza featuring {Olives from Spain}
Calling all pizza lovers!! This recipe is quick, easy, and tasty!
My life is a whirlwind, some weeks I have back to back plans, while other weeks I have absolutely nothing planned. As a freelancer, who wears many hats, it can sometimes be hard to find time to cook a meal(s). So when I come across a fast and easy recipe; I hold onto it for as long as I can.
Today, I am sharing with you a quick, simple, 20 minutes or less pizza recipe – and if you are thinking to yourself, ‘I can’t cook for the life of me,’ don’t you worry! This recipe is for everyone, and it’s nearly impossible to mess up (well, let’s hope so).
I don’t know about you, but when I eat pizza I love to add a bunch of toppings for taste. One of my favorite toppings is olives. Olives give us the right touch of flavor that we need to be able to turn any dish into something incredible.
To celebrate olives, I am thrilled to partner up with Olives from Spain to bring and introduce you to the most freshest and tastiest olives from Spain (a country I have always wanted to visit).
Olives from Spain has a variety of Spanish olives; green, black, stuffed, pitted, boneless… the variety of table olives is unlimited. The best types of olives for pizza toppings are green and black olives, also known as Queen (big green olives), Manzanilla and Hojibranca. In my recipe today, I am using the Queen olives – which perfectly added the right amount of flavor to my pizza.
For this pizza you only need a few products from the grocery store (if you do not already have them at home).
Ingredients:
Ready Made Pizza Crust
Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Spinach
Mushrooms
And whatever toppings you’d like to add!
How to Make:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. While it’s preheating, start cutting up your toppings and place them aside – there’s no specific serving size of toppings, it’s whatever you prefer. Using a spatula or butter knife start pouring the pizza sauce evenly throughout the pizza crust. Then place your toppings on the pizza and lastly top it off with mozzarella cheese.
Once preheating is done, place the pizza on a pan and put it into the oven. Set your timer for about 7 to 8 minutes to cook. Remove pizza from oven, let cool off and serve.
Wa-la! You made yourself a quick and easy pizza!
How easy was that? It’s definitely a short cut to making pizza – but it’s a bit healthier as you can shop for toppings that suit your style! Thanks to the wonderful team at Olives from Spain for making my pizza extra flavorful! Follow them on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook for more!
