| Manly Mondays are back, with a new weekly series, featuring my favorite Men Bloggers from all across the globe.  Each Monday, you’ll get the inside scoop on the different trends, tips, and of course the man behind his blog.   If you are interested in being featured in my Manly Monday’s series, please email me fancynancista@gmail.com. |

Aaron – a menswear fashionista, who lives in the great city of New York. He’s a merchandising manager by day, but is a stylish blogger by night! Get to know Aaron:

1) What made you want to start your blog and how would you describe your style in 3 words?

I had a passion for styling and photography and a real desire to teach. I think it is important to tell the story behind the fashion. People should know where their clothes are made, what the fabric is made out of, the intent behind the design and how they can wear it. The more you know, the more you are willing to invest in quality. I started the blog as a creative outlet, but it has become a tool of discovery and education.

My style is always evolving. Right now I would describe it as: clean, athletic, and tailored.

2) Who is your fashion inspiration?
I try not to emulate anyone else’s style. It’s important to decide the details you like from different sources, but then make them your own. I draw inspiration from other bloggers, magazines, Pinterest and New York City streets.

3) What’s the new wardrobe essential you can’t live without?
I can’t live without a denim jacket. In the spring and summer it’s my go-to jacket and in the winter, I layer it under blazers, parkas and topcoats. It goes with everything.

4) What is the most favorite thing about blogging?
I love working one-on-one with brands. I have admired many of them for so long, and it’s great to meet the people behind the label and hear their story.

5) What is a quick fashion tip or advice for men?
Fit is king. If you find classic pieces that fit amazingly well, you will have them forever. If you don’t know how something is supposed to fit, ask.

6) Do you have any favorite stores or brands?
Club Monaco, All Saints, Rag and Bone and a laundry list of made-in-america brands.
