Meet Boris, the Blogger behind “Borasification.” Boris lives in Paris, where he is a Mobile Advertiser. One fun fact about Boris is that he was very well known on men’s fashion forums. He gets inspired by street, urban and worker mood. Fashion not only is in Boris’s blood, it also runs in his family… His brother is a famous Blogger too! Check him out here.
1) What made you want to start your blog?
After several years sharing my outfits on forums, my brother pushed me into starting my own site where I can develop my vision of fashion. I love sneakers, and my site is also a way to showcase my unique and different takes on styling sneakers.
2) Describe your style in 3 words.
My style is a mix of urban, sports and work wear.
2) Who is your fashion inspiration?
Designers as Rick Owens or Jun Takahashi, the style comes from the street and they revisit it with a singular vision. For example, I like to take inspiration from 90’s rappers and adapt classic HH pieces to current standards.
3) What’s the one wardrobe essential you can’t live without?
A pair of retro sneakers. 🙂
4) What is your most favorite thing about blogging?
I like to dig through Japanese blogs to find amazing outfits or unknown designers. Generally, digging through new things is the best thing brought by blogs.
5) What is a quick fashion tip or advice for men?
More than the price/brands of your clothes, pay attention to the silhouette. many men don’t know how to play with the proportions and volumes (too tight, too large or boring fit for example).
6) Do you have any favorite stores or brands?

Actually I would like to live in US to get some pieces from Engineered Garments, a brand from NYC. A creative worker brand who revists some US classics with an amazing creativity and quality.
