My Stay at The Twist Palm Springs
In October, I visited Palm Springs while attending my best friend’s wedding in Palm Desert. Palm Springs, just a 20–30-minute drive from Palm Desert, is one of my favorite destinations. Although I’ve been to Palm Springs for events like Coachella, this trip was a chance to truly unwind. I booked a stay at The Twist Palm Springs, a charming boutique hotel known for its bright, bold decor and tranquil vibe.
First Impressions
Finding the entrance was a bit tricky at first, as you need to go through a gate to access the front desk. However, once inside, the warm and welcoming staff made my experience seamless. The front desk staff even gave me a mini tour of the property before showing me to my room—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of my stay.
Room: Superior King 1 Bedroom
I stayed in the Superior King 1 Bedroom, which felt like a spacious, apartment-style suite. The room included:
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A cozy living area with a TV and dining table
- A private balcony with mountain and palm tree views
The vibrant, colorful decor throughout the room was right up my alley, making the space feel both stylish and homey. It was truly a “home away from home” experience!
Hotel Amenities
While The Twist Palm Springs doesn’t have an on-site restaurant or bar, the fully equipped kitchen in every room makes it easy to prepare meals. There’s also an outdoor grill area for guests to use, and plenty of restaurants and bars are located just steps away.
Pool and Jacuzzi
One of my favorite features was the pool and jacuzzi, perfect for cooling off during the hot desert days or relaxing in the evenings. The serene pool area made it easy to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
Final Thoughts
My stay at The Twist Palm Springs was everything I hoped for: a welcoming staff, stylish and spacious accommodations, and amenities that made my trip feel like a true escape. If you’re looking for a colorful, cozy, and relaxing place to stay in Palm Springs, I highly recommend The Twist.
