HiSmile Review

Fancy Nanc-ista

Growing up I never really had great teeth; and even after long years of braces, dentist appointments and teeth whiteners, I still feel really self-conscious. One thing I noticed in my early years is that my teeth are super sensitive, and anything from a cup of coffee to a glass of red wine instantly stains my teeth. I have tried everything, from home remedies to store bought whiteners; nothing really has done the trick.

A few months ago, I was scrolling through Instagram and found a brand called HiSmile. HiSmile is an at-home teeth whitening system that uses sodium bicarbonate instead of hydrogen peroxide, which can whiten your teeth without sensitivity. Before trying this, I read and watched reviews online, while all of them were positive, what really got me excited is that you see results instantly! I thought to myself, I really need to try this product!

HiSmile’s Teeth Whitening Kit contains:
3 whitening gel
1 LED light
1 mouth guard
1 teeth whitening shade guide
1 step-by-step instruction manual

The product also came with a ‘Professional Tooth Whitening Shade Guide,’ which you are able to compare the shade of tooth to yours. Mine was pretty bad and was at 8. After using the product in just 3 days, it went from 8 to 4.

The guide was very straight forward and easy to follow. To begin the process, all you have to do is apply ¼ of the whitening gel onto each side of the mouth guard. Just applying enough to coat your teeth and not on your gums. The tray is then inserted on to the led light, put the tray into your mouth and turn on the light. This process takes only 10 minutes, you will know when you hear the light go off. Like any other product, the more you do it consistently, the better results.

Overall, I liked this product. It was very easy to use and not time consuming. It was also nice to see quick results in days, which in most store-bought products that’s not the case. You can purchase HiSmile Teeth Whitening Kit for $79.99.

Have you guys tried teeth whitening products that were successful? What are your favorite brands?
xo,
Nancy
