Fanc-ista Travels {Dallas, Texas}: Omni Dallas Hotel

Photos Taken at Omni Dallas Hotel

A few weekends ago, I took a trip to finally visit one of my closest friends in Dallas and had the wonderful pleasure of staying at the Omni Dallas Hotel for a weekend.
This luxurious high-rise hotel is located in the heart of Dallas, TX, and offers sleek and modern rooms, accommodating staff, wide-range of amenities and gorgeous views of the city.
The Omni Dallas Hotel was enormous! It also had a very sophistication-vibe, which definitely fits my traveling style. The hotel offers 3 restaurants, 2 bars and a coffee shop; I’d say it’s a perfect vacation dream spot for all of their traveling guests.
We stayed in their Deluxe Guest Room; which had 2 queen beds, a desk and TV. The room was  a great size for two people. The room also was equipped with many mirrors (perfect for every girl), and the bathroom had a large bathtub, functioning drawers and a television hidden in the mirror.
The room was also facing the city side, so the view was definitely a plus of this room.

The hotel offered a wide-range of amenities, which included: an infinity outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and spa. The outdoor pool was gorgeous, with stunning views of the city, it was definitely a hot spot to be during the summer season.

During our stay, my friend and I had the pleasure of getting pampered at their spa, Mokara Salon and Spa. The spa offered a full range of spa treatments, from facials, nails, body treatments and massages; out of the options, my friend and I chose to receive facials. This was my second facial and it was my friend’s first time; we both came out very refreshed and relaxed.

Mokara Salon also offered guests with a sauna and quiet areas to relax in. While we waited, we were given a glass of champagne prior to our spa treatments. I’d say we both had a very marvelous and an amazing experience overall.

In addition to the wide-ranged of amenities mentioned above, the hotel also had 3 restaurants, 2 bars and a coffee shop. I’d say you barely have to even leave this hotel (lol).
During my stay I had the opportunity to eat at two restaurants, Texas Spice and The Owner’s Box and at the bar in the pool area, The Uptown Terrace. We didn’t get the opportunity to try their third restaurant, Bob’s Steak and Chop House, but we hope to try it the next time I visit.
Every month at the Omni, they offer guests with a dinner event called the Artisan Dinner Series. This series provides guests with a 4-course dinner paired with a cocktail for a price of only $55 (which is a steal!). Prior to dinner, we started off with a reception with light bites and cocktails, then headed off to a room where we were being served.
This was definitely a really great experience! And I enjoyed every minute of it. For this month, we had dinner at Texas Spice and the food was absolutely phenomenal as well as the drinks were very refreshing. I would totally recommend checking this out if you are staying here during their series. Contact Omni for more details, as space is limited.

The last night, we checked out The Owner’s Box, which is a sports bar type restaurant, with massive TVs everywhere and a nice outdoor area. We shared a platter of wings, fries and of course, a brownie sundae. All of which were amazing!

And last but not least, I only #TravelInStyle and with many room photo opportunities, this hotel made photo shooting quite easy. 🙂
{I will be sharing the last outfit in an upcoming post – but if you missed it, check out my first look here.}
This is one of my favorite summer dresses. The tropical print creates a fun and unique taste, and the bodycon fit with the lace up detail on the back helps to keep the look sexy yet classy. I’d say the perfect dress for a summer night out.
I wore the dress with simple accessories, and paired it with strappy black pumps, a tiny clutch and a leather peplum sleeve jacket. Perfect for a night out for drinks and dinner at the Omni’s restaurants, Texas Spice and Bob’s Steak and Chop House.
